Spacious rooms and convenient location near many eateries. The staff was helpful and spoke English. We were really surprised by the helpfulness of the in-charge manager when the power went out and they worked hard to find a solution with a back-up generator. I'll recommend this hotel.

During my recent business trip, I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The first thing that impressed me was the spaciousness of the rooms. I booked the cheapest option, but they upgraded me to a super big space like an apartment with a big bedroom, a small dining room, and a private toilet. It was more than I expected and provided me with a comfortable and homely atmosphere.
It was quite slow and unreliable, making it difficult for me to stay connected and get work done efficiently.

The hotel is conveniently located close to Callao metro station, making it easy to explore the city. it is situated in the center, close to many restaurants, cafeterias, and grocery stores. The room itself was spacious and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. The staff was attentive and friendly, ensuring a positive experience. Breakfast, although simple, was satisfactory.
There were no on-site gym facilities available.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were attentive. The location was fantastic, close to downtown and near everything in the city. It was also conveniently located near public transport.
